Srinagar, Oct 2 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered an administrative reshuffle in the Forest, Ecology and Environment Department, transferring and posting eight senior officers, including IFS and ACF rank officials, with immediate effect, officials said on Friday.

According to an order accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), Anurag Arya, IFS (AGMUT: 2021), DCF and DFO of Jammu Forest Division, has been assigned the additional charge of Deputy Director, FPF, Gama Unit J-02, Sidhara, in addition to his own duties till further orders.

Waseem Farooq Mir, DCF and DFO of Bandipora Forest Division, will hold the charge of General Manager, Extraction Circle North, Sopore, J&K FDCL, in addition to his existing duties.

In a significant posting, Altaf Hussain Dentoo, DCF, currently awaiting an order of adjustment in the Office of PCCF & HoFF, J&K, has been posted as DFO, Shopian Forest Division, replacing Qamar Rashid Khan, ACF.

Sagar Singh, ACF and I/c DFO of Batote Forest Division, shall hold the charge of Deputy Director, FPF, Batote, in addition to his own duties.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Vijay Kumar, ACF, awaiting an order of adjustment in the Office of PCCF & HoFF, J&K, shall look after the charge of DFO, Ramnagar Forest Division, replacing Naresh Majotra, ACF.

The order also detailed the transfer of Mushtaq Hussain Choudhary, ACF and I/c DFO of Poonch Forest Division, who has been transferred and posted as DSCO, Rajouri, relieving S. Amrik Singh, ACF, of the additional charge.

Consequently, Naresh Majotra, ACF and I/c DFO of Ramnagar Forest Division, has been transferred and shall look after the charge of DFO, Poonch Forest Division, replacing Mushtaq Ahmad Choudhary, ACF.

Additionally, Qamar Rashid Khan, ACF and I/c DFO of Shopian Forest Division, has been transferred and shall look after the charge of DFO, Social Forestry Poonch, relieving Ranjeev Sharma, ACF, of the additional charge. (KNS)
