Srinagar, Dec 10 (KNS): J&K Bank today paid condolences on the sad demise of Bhola Nath Chhibber – Father of Chairman & Managing Director R K Chhibber - who passed away today morning in Jammu.

In this regard, a prayer meet presided over by the Bank’s Executive President Sunil Gupta was held in the lawns of Corporate Headquarters that was attended by Presidents, Vice-Presidents, senior officers besides other members of the staff posted at CHQ. During the meet, the participants observed two-minute silence.  

Representing the entire staff’s sentiments on the occasion Executive President Sunil Gupta expressed heartfelt sympathies with the CMD and other members of the bereaved family. 

“In this hour of grief and personal loss, every member of J&K Bank Family stands with our CMD R K Chhibber Ji and his family besides joining in prayers for the blessings of Lord for the eternal peace of departed noble soul. We also pray to Lord to give our CMD and his family the much-needed patience during this time of distress”, the EP said.    

Condolence meetings were held at Zonal Offices across the country also wherein the staff conveyed profound condolences to the family of CMD R K Chhibber and prayed for peace of the departed soul.  

Expressing solidarity with members of the bereaved family on this irreparable loss, the staff also prayed for their patience and well-being. (KNS)
