Srinagar, July 20 (KNS): Deepening its footprints further, J&K Bank today added one more ATM to its network at Hakoora in District Anantnag. Development Commissioner Anantnag, Dr. PiyushSingla (IAS) inaugurated the facility in presence of Bank’s Zonal Head Kashmir (South II) Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Cluster Head, and LDM Anantnag amid gathering of valuable customers, senior citizens and local residents.

While addressing the gathering, the DDC hailed the Bank’s management especially its CMD for sanctioning the ATM for the area. He highlighted the importance of Doorstep Service delivery and commended the efforts of the Bank in taking lead for creating such a robust IT infrastructure in far flung areas. He impressed upon the people of the area to take full advantage of this facility.

Speaking on the occasion, the Zonal head reiterated the banks resolve for promotion of digital banking and urged upon the people to take full benefit of the new ATM facility. He also highlighted the Bank's mission of providing world-class facilities to the people at their doorstep in every nook and corner of the UT.

Customers present on the occasion expressed their gratitude towards the Bank’s management for opening an ATM in their area. Pertinently with this one, the total number of ATMs in the Zone has gone up to 119.(KNS)
