Srinagar, Aug 02 (KNS): Stating that the government should immediately order ban on use of pellet guns in Kashmir, senior Janata Dal leader, G M Shaheen Tuesday appealed people of Kashmir to maintain peace in the Valley.
Shaheen told KNS that the current situation prevailing in Kashmir is only because of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). “It is BJP, Sangparivar who are responsible for the current turmoil across the Valley,” he said.
He asked the Government of India (GoI) to resolve the problem of Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“GoI should thoroughly look into the Kashmir issue and should resolve it at earliest,” he said.
Asking state government to stop the use of pellet guns on protesters in Kashmir, Shaheen said that, “Government should immediately order ban on use of pellet guns as it damaged eyes of a number of youth. If government is sincere towards saving the lives of people then it should immediately order ban on use of pellet guns,” he said. (KNS)
