Says youth pushed to wall
Poonch, Apr 06 (KNS): Provincial President of Youth NC, Ajaz Jan today called for scrapping of SRO 202, saying this is detrimental to the service interests of this category of employees.
In an interaction with youth in meeting, Jan said that the present PDP-BJP dispensation has betrayed the people, especially the youth, who find pushed to the wall. He said National Conference will continue to highlight their problems at every level and work for ensuring justice to all.
The YNC Provincial President lamented that the border youth have been deprived of special recruitment rallies, as a result of which the avenues of jobs to them have shrunk significantly. “The youth find their future bleak, especially as nepotism and favouritism has been order of the day under the insensitive dispensation”, he said, add called for fast-track recruitment for filling up vacancies in various departments.
To the issues raised by youth, Jan assured that these will be taken up at appropriate level for redressal.
He regretted the delay in providing relief and compensation to border dwellers who have been on the receiving end in the wake of continuous shelling from across the Line of Control.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe said the people have been left to fend for themselves.
In the meeting of YNC workers, Jan discussed the arrangements made for the public rally, scheduled for April 7, 2018.
A joining programme was also held on this occasion in which several people joined NC.
