On 29th July i.e. after 09 days when I called them to ask when I should come to collect, I was surprised to know they have not started the repair / replacement work yet. Then again I got another commitment date within 2 days. After so-much regular follow ups (every day they postponed with new commitment) .When Contact To Managing Director Irfan Ahmad Told KNS that he will take action against those who found guilty and will gave better services in future to the customers .
