New Delhi, Jun 30 (KNS): Reiterating the commitment of Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mehbooba Mufti for peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Youth President, Waheed-Ur-Rehman Parra Friday said the state is above infrastructure and developmental problem and it needs a humane approach to find solution to its problems.
The PDP youth President said providing effective governance in the conflict area is not easy as one has to prioritize law and order before routine governance practises, “Therefore, delivery apparatus needs extraordinary attention and treatment,” he said while addressing the students of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak. He was the keynote speaker on the occasion.

Para said the youth have become the worst victim of violence in Jammu & Kashmir and we believe that it is only through them we could shape a better tomorrow for our place and people.
“Our youth are talented, positive thinking and forward looking. It is the endeavour of our Chief Minister, Mehbooba Ji to provide them a proper environment to grow and progress. She wants our youth to be empowered, employed and enlightened. Faculty and students of the prestigious institutions like IIMs, IITs etc. too can help and guide our youth in their search for knowledge and enlightenment,” he added.
He said India is the country of young people, and their ideas, aspirations and energies will guide this great and diverse country towards becoming the most vibrant and effective global player in future. “They have to be involved in the processes of decision making and governance,” he added. (KNS)
