Srinagar, Feb 18 (KNS): An extraordinary meeting of central executive members of Jammu and Kashmir lecturers Forum from both provinces Jammu & Kashmir was convened on 17 February 2018 at its office in DIET Jammu which was presided over by Deepak Sharma provincial president Jammu.
In a statement issued to KNS, Press Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Lecturers forum, Mir Fayaz said that the meeting which lasted for more than three hours focused mostly on working out the strategy for ensuring the implementation on Running Grade in favour of the Officers of school education department.
A statement issued after the conclusion of the meeting it has decided to expedite the efforts in getting the issue resolved. In the context the representative body shall be meeting with the concerned Ministers and officers in the coming week.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile forum hailed the support being extended by both Director School education Kashmir and Jammu by recommending the benefits of TBP in favour of lectures.
Further, It is being unanimously decided to celebrate this year's Lecturer day which is scheduled on April 9th 2018 with the consent of Education Minister.
It was decided in the meeting that all the pending issues of the community will be discussed with higher ups. It was also decided that for the strengthen of the organization further measures and steps will be taken very soon.
The meeting was attended by General Secretary Bashir Ahmad Mir, Mir Fayaz, N S Janmwal, Anil Kumar, S Charandas, Sanjay Kumar, R S Salithiya, Haji Mohammed Amin Shah, A R Giri, Pardeep Singh, Jitender Sethi, Ashok Kumar Sharma and Fazil Hussian. (KNS)
