ITI Ganderabal employees attend duties on their days of liking


Srinagar, Feb 28 (KNS): At a time when administration claims of ensuring punctuality of employees in government departments, the employees of Industrial training institute (ITI) Ganderbal don’t bother to attend their duties regularly.
Sources said, many vocational instructors of the institute besides Supervisor, Accountant are drawing salaries without attending the institute regularly.
A group of students told KNS, “We most of the times leave the institute without attending classes because instructor remains absent most of the days.”
Sources said that that other employees who remain absent from their duty fraudulently mark their attendance on the register of the institute.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“It seems that there is nexus between the authorities of the institute and instructors because they are managing attendance fraudulently,” sources added.
When KNS Reporter reached the institute at 11:18 AM, most of the employees were absent.
These employees are Wahidul Majid (Supervisor),Javaid Ahmad Bhat Rubeena Jan,Sajad Ahmad (Vacational instructor),Imtiyaza jan(IMC Accountant),Tariq Ahmad Ahanger (Attendant),Irshad ahmad (Chokidar) are also absent
When Reporter contacted Deputy Commissioner Mr Shafqat Iqbal he assured strict against those who will be found absent in the institute. “I will send a team to confirm the allegations," (KNS).
