Srinagar, Jun 06 (KNS): Khwaja Farooq Renzushah chairman Kashmir society was Chief Guest at prestigious Hazrat Baba Saleha Kashgari (RA) T20 Tournament held at Hazrat Baba Saleha Kashgari stadium at Gogo check near holy shrine of Wali kaamil who arrived Kashmir along with 7 brothers in 1330 immediately after arrival of Hazrat Bulbulshah RA.
In a statement issued to KNS, Shah Renzushah said that the tournament was organized by Khwaja Nazir Ahmad Gogo along Basharat Ahmad Gogo and Fayaz Ahmad Gogo in most magnificent stadium.
It was final match between Rangreth versus Kralpora. Latif was Captain of Rangreath team while Shahnawaz was captain of Kralpora team.
Mohammad Irfan was declared man of the match. Kralpora won the final Trophy which was honored to them amidst jubilation by the Chief Guest Khwaja Farooq Renzushah
The runner up trophy of Grand Baba Saleh tournament was given to Rangreath.
While speaking on the occasion Khawja Farooq Renzushah retreated that name of Airport should be restored back as Sheikh ul Aalam international Airport the name which was given to it by him.
He said that Hazrat Baba Saleha Kashgari RA stadium was established in 2007 & it can be one of the most magnificent stadium of valley where even international matches can be played.
Rinzu said the brother of Baba Saleh Kashgar is also at Beerwah Hazrat Baba Meeshan sahib who is being reverend as most ancient cave where Meeshan sahib prayed for long.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Hazrat Baba saleh has also meditated in cave at Gogo which is still guarded by dragon's which people of the area have themselves seen as miracle of Hazrat Baba Saleha kashgari RA on spot when some bulldozers tried to touch holy cave,” he said.
He also said no venture should be made to touch Hazrat Meeshan sahib cave at Beerwah who is brother of Hazrat Baba Saleh RA. These saints have devoted their entire lives of purity in these holy caves & it is responsibility of new generation to protect its sanctity, he said.
On this occasion jam-packed stadium appreciated role of Renzushah for naming Airport as Sheikh Ul Aalam international Airport & Airport Road as Sheikh ul Aalam Airport road.
The grand function was concluded with resolve of youth to play their role in ensuring blanket ban on use of Alcohol and wine in J&K state as 55 crore bottles of wine have been consumed.
It is better to divert youth towards sports activities rather than allowing opening of wine bars by Govt & private hotels. In Srinagar Gulmarg, Sonamarg & Pahalgam centre south & north Kashmir all private & Govt hotels which are secretly running wine bars should at least announce their closure during Ramadan holy month was unanimous view of jam-packed stadium.
