Srinagar, June 28 (KNS): Opposition Congress legislator from Norba, Deldan Namgial angrily asked in the Lower House whether Leh was Tihar jail and employees transferred there consider as it a punishment.

This infuriated Deldan, who asked: “Is Leh district Tihar Jail?”
The legislator said that 21 lecturers were transferred from Leh, and till now only one lecturer has been posted. (KNS)
