Srinagar, Mar 09 (KNS): District Congress Committee (DCC) Srinagar President Irfan Naqib today welcomed the party high command’s decision to appoint Ghulam Nabi Azad sahib as chairman of Campaign and Election Management Committee (CEMC) for Jammu and Kashmir.

Assuring the full support of DCC Srinagar to Azad sahib and Mir sahib, Irfan Naqib said the Congress will emerge victorious in Lok Sabha as well as Assembly polls in the state. “People of the state have seen the true colours of the divisive forces and they now know that only Congress can bring out J&K from the quagmire of violence, uncertainty and hopelessness,” he asserted.
