Baramulla, Mar 8 (KNS): International women’s day was celebrated in north Kashmir Baramulla district.
While talking to KNS, on the sidelines of the function organized in District Hospital Baramulla SSP Imtiyaz Hussain who was Chief Guest said that police will soon launch helpline for women for their safety. “We will try to redress the problems of the women, which they are facing in today’s era,” he said.
In the function, Chief General Manager state Bank of India donated five wheel-chairs for handicapped people, chairs and five trolleys to district hospital.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The function was attended by faculty members of the hospital, students from nursing school Bla, members from civil society, Guru Praband Committee president, CMO Baramulla Bashir Ahmad Chalkoo, Medical Superintendent district hospital Baramulla Dr Masood and Working journalists association chairman Karamat Qayoom were present on this occasion.
