Srinagar, Dec 01 (KNS): A meeting of the executive members of the Jammu and Kashmir Insaf Party was convened by its chairman G A Gulzar at Srinagar .The members took stock of the prevailing political situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
The members felt that the heavy deployment of regular Army, Para military Forces, in addition to State Police and Special Task Force to curb the civil, political and religious rights of the common people, in general and the pro freedom leadership and activists in particular is a cause of grave concern.
The members resolved that the International Community under the banner of UNO should rise to the occasion to find an early solution to the historical dispute of Jammu and Kashmir problem in the light of its agreed Resolutions.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe chairman of the party nominated Ghulam Qadir Shiekh as the District President of Kupwara and Ali Mohammad Lone, District President Baramulla the other nominations shall follow subsequently, by conducting elections within a period of three months. The members expressed satisfaction over the invitation forwarded in favour of the Chairman of the Party by an, N.G.O- International Educational Development-, accredited to the United Nations which is going to organize Kashmir Peace Conference on 7th of December 2015 in Newyork USA.
