Srinagar, October 24 (KNS): Director General, Information & Public Relations, Zaffar Ahmad Bhat, Saturday condoled the demise of former Director, Information & PR, Bakshi Ghulam Ali, who passed away early this morning.
Ghulam Ali Bakshi headed the State Information Department between late Seventies and early Eighties.

A two-minute silence was also observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul by the staff members of the Information Department. (KNS)
