Bandipora, August 7 (KNS) : Indu Kanwal Chib today formally assumed charge as Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, succeeding Manzoor Ahmad Qadri.

A formal handover ceremony was held in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, where the outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, officially handed over the responsibilities of the district administration to Indu Kanwal Chib.

Senior officers of the district administration were present to witness the smooth transition of charge.

The occasion also witnessed a warm and heartfelt send-off to the outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, who was lauded for his dedicated service and impactful tenure in the district. Officers and officials of the district administration extended their best wishes to Qadri for his new assignment and appreciated his proactive leadership, accessibility, and commitment to good governance during his tenure in Bandipora.
