Srinagar, Sep 15 (KNS): Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has paid rich and glowing tributes to five militants who were martyred in a gunfight by government forces at Chowgam village of Qazigund. The party expressed shock over the killing of young civilian Raouf Ahmad Ganai by the men in uniform by using brute force.
The JKDFP Spokesperson expressed dismay over the killing of 24 year old Raouf Ahmad by the men in uniform. He said that killing unarmed civilians is uncivilized and inhuman act on part of the government forces.
He hailed the great sacrifices of Shaheed Gulzar Ahmad Padder of Adijan Kulgam, Shaheed Faisal Ahmad Rather of Yamrach Kulgam, Shaheed Zahid Ahmad Mir of Okey Kulgam, Shaheed Masroor Molvi of Fatehpora Anantnag and Shaheed Zahoor Ahmad Lone of Nagnad Noorabad.

The Spokesperson said that the ongoing bloodshed in Kashmir is the result of the stubbornness and illogical approach of New Delhi. The irrational policies of India towards the Kashmir issue are the main factors behind such bloodshed going on in the region since decades together.
The Spokesperson said that India must give up its rigidity to resolve the long pending Kashmir dispute. This is the only way out to stop the ongoing bloodshed in the disputed region.
He expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs of Chowgam Qazigund and assured them that their sacrifices will be safeguarded at any cost.
He condemned the use of brute force on civilians at Chowgam by the men in uniform and prayed for speedy recovery of the injured. (KNS)
