Srinagar, Sep 10 (KNS): Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Syedah Aasiyeh Andrabi on Saturday said that the killing of three persons since September 09 in many parts of the valley indicate that India has declared a full-fledged war against the people of Kashmir.
In a statement issued to KNS, she said that “The killing of 15-year-old Yawar Ahmad of Batengoo and 25-year-old Sayar Ahmad of Shopian who were killed after pellets and teargas shell hit them respectively and the killing of another person from Aali Kadal who was beaten to death by the forces, give a clear indication that India has declared a full-fledged war against innocent unarmed Kashmiris.”
“It seems that the government of India has ordered its puppets in JK to suppress the voices using all-possible means that are raised against the illegal occupation,” she added.
Andarbi further said that after the statement by Indian defense minister, Manohar Parrikar, that more battalions of army and other forces are being sent to JK prove the fact that India has decided to launch a bloody military offensive against Kashmiris.
“On ground the preparation are being made, South Kashmir is being handed over to army and more forces are being sent here with a sole aim that they want to crush this ongoing resistance movement by killing as many Kashmiris as they want,” she added.
She also urged the women of Kashmir to carry traditional weapons like axes, knives, daggers etc to safeguard themselves from the CRPF and the other Indian armed forces.
Andrabi further said that in such a situation the Muslim women of Kashmir need to be more vigilant.
“Our chastity is dear to us than our lives. Yesterday’s incident wherein a mother in Pulwama attacked the CRPF personnel with axe to save her daughter from those beasts is a glaring example of how low Indian troopers can stoop to suppress the determination of Kashmiris,” she said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
She said that though the lady from Pulwama was seriously injured but her bravery saved her daughter from the clutches of these beastly CRPF men. “So it is appealed to all the Muslim women of Kashmir to carry along weapons like knives, axes, daggers etc to safeguard their chastity and dignity,” she added.
Andrabi said that carrying these weapons has become a necessity as these occupying forces were barging inside homes and everywhere they want.
“In such circumstances, if these forces attempt such a beastly act, use these weapons and pierce it through their body so that they would know that those hands will be cut down which are even raised to touch our veil,” she added.
She said that Muslim women of Kashmir must keep in mind that they are under the occupation of a country which is infamous across the world for crimes against women.
Andrabi reiterated that Kashmiris should observe the upcoming Eid-ul azha remembering the sacrifices of our young boys and girls given in the past two months. Moreover, it must be also kept in mind that we are pursuing a resistance movement against powerful enemy,” she said.
“In such circumstances, it doesn’t suit us to involve ourselves in Eid celebrations but after Eid prayers , we all must march towards the UNMOG office in Sonwar shouting pro-freedom and pro-Pak slogans so that we tell the whole world that we are at war with a powerful tyrant,” (KNS)
