Srinagar, Sept 17 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday said that India has earned global respect in the last ten years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with rapid economic growth, poverty reduction, and social welfare reaching the grassroots.

Speaking on the occasion, the LG said the fortnight-long programme will focus on women’s empowerment, public service, and welfare activities. “It is important to move forward with this spirit for unity and the progress of the nation,” he said.
