Pattan, Jul 18 (KNS): The Drug controller department today said that those persons running chemist shops without valid licence or eligible person will be booked under law.
While inspecting various chemist retailers and hospitals in Baramulla, a team of drug control department Kashmir headed by Dy. Drug controller Kashmir Irfana inspected many medical retailers in Baramulla district.
Irfana further said that if any person or government employee is running chemist shop without valid licence or without qualified person he will booked under law.
The team headed by Dy. Drug controller Kashmir Irfana along with Parveez Ahmad, Assistant Drug Controller, Shabir Ahmad, Drug Inspector, Pattan, Sajad Ahmad Drug Inspector Headquarter and Drug Inspector Budgam Seerat suspended half dozen licenses of medical retailers for non-maintenance of narcotic drug ledger and cash memo Dy.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelDrug controller Irfana told KNS that team has suspended 76/licenses in Srinagar district and 24 licenses in Budgam district for the same reason of non-maintenance of Narcotic drug ledger and cash memo.
She said that this special drive will remain continue in other districts of Valley.
She said that the team also inspected drug stores of Pattan hospital where everything was found ok. (KNS)
