Srinagar May 13 (KNS) : On the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, Inspector General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar has greeted the police Pariwar and people of Kashmir with a joyful Eid. He has extended special greetings to the families of martyrs.

In his message, IGP has expressed his hope that the festival will bring joy and happiness among the people of Kashmir including cops, their families and the families of police martyrs. He has wished that this festival will bring peace and prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir. 

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, The IGP Kashmir appealed to people to observe this festival with utmost caution and abide by the social and health protocols of COVID-19 so as to stem the spread of this deadly disease, added that in the present health crises we all have to act responsibly.(KNS)
