Budgam, Jul 14 (KNS): Anjuman Shari Shian organized a Hussaini Majlis to remember Mir Shamsuddin Iraqi (RA) at his shrine here in Zadibal Srinagar. A large number of people participated in the conference.

Speaking on the occasion, president Anjuman Shari Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi paid tributes to Imam Hussein A.S and highlighted his virtues and qualities. He said whole world remembers and admires the qualities of Imam Hussein A.S.

Imam Hussein didn't care and oblige to the atrocious rulers of the time but kept the light of Islam lit through his deeds and virtues. While paying rich tributes to Mir Shamsuddin Iraqi (RA), Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi said that he propagated Islam not only in Kashmir but in Gilgit Baltistan. It was he who persuaded non Muslims to enter into the fold of Islam.

He said Mir Shamsuddin Iraqi (RA) served Islam to a great extent.

Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi paid rich tributes to Aga Syed Yousuf Almosvi Alsafvi (RA) on his anniversary. He said Aga Syed Yousuf will be always remembered for his service towards religion and society. (KNS)
