Srinagar, Mar 2 (KNS): The authorities on Wednesday booked Hurriyat Conference vice-chairman, Gulzar Ahmad Dar under Public Safety Act and has been sent to central jail Srinagar.
Inspector general of Police Kashmir zone, Vijay Kumar told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that Hurriyat vice-chairman, Gulzar has been booked under PSA.
He said that he has been lodged at Central jail Srinagar. “He was the one who was giving provocative statements to Pakistan based newspapers,” he said.
As per details available with KNS, Gulzar has been detained under PSA vide No DMS/22/PSA/137 Dated 28.02.22 by Police Station Batamaloo. (KNS)
