While paying rich tributes to the 14 civilians killed by the Indian army on 1st August 1991 in Pattan who including Ghulam Hassan Zargar (Pattan), Habibullah Darzi (Pattan), Abdul Rouf Bhat (Pattan), Ghulam Nabi Hajam (Kunzar Tangmarag), Farooq Ahmad (Baramullah), Nayeem Ahmad Shaikh (Burran Pattan), Abdul Khaliq (Sultanpora) Fayaz Ahmad (Pattan), Khursheed Ahmad (Nehalpora) and Bashir Ahmad (Wanigam) On the completion of their 24th martyrdom anniversary, All Parties Hurriyat Conference in this regard called for complete shutdown in Pattan town on 1 August Saturday. While reiterating the demand for impartial and independent investigation into all such incidents including the Pattan bloodshed, Hurriyat said that the officers of the Indian army who are involved in grave crimes against the humanity in Jammu & Kashmir are roaming free and no case has been filed against them.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe said that it is our duty to remember the martyrs of our nation because the great nations never forget their brave hearts who sacrifice their present for the future of their nation and people.
