Family says ‘his health condition is detoriating’

Srinagar Sept 15 (KNS): Mohd Ashraf Laya, a member of Hurriyat (G) and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat has been disallowed appearance in several courts during his over two month long detention.
Family sources told KNS that facing trial in several courts, Mohd Ashraf Laya a member of Hurriyat Conference (G) and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat presently lodged at P/S Saddder was not allow to appear before a court in Jammu for which the warrant was already issued. Stating that a warrant was also issued to Laya in a case registered against him after the signing of Indira-Abdullah accord at the age of 12 when he was a class VI student, the family sources said “he (Laya) was not allowed to appear before a court in connection with this case also”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe family sources further said that the health condition of Laya is detoriating day by day and he was not allowed even to spend Eid-Ul-Adha with his family members.
Another Tehreek Hurriyat leader Syed Imtiyaz Haider is also logged in Budgam police station from last two months. (KNS)
