A delegation of Hurriyat (G) Tuesday visited New Delhi to enquire about the health of deputy high commissioner Pakistan Mansoor Ahmad Khan.
In a statement issued to KNS, spokesman of Hurriyat (G) said that on the directions of Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani, a top Hurriyat delegation today visited New Delhi to enquire about the health of deputy high commissioner Pakistan Mansoor Ahmad Khan.
“The delegation met Mansoor Sahab at his New Delhi residence as he was recently discharged from the hospital. The Hurriyat delegation communicated good wishes and concerns of Geelani Sahab to deputy high commissioner Pakistan about his ailing health condition,” the statement said.
“On the occasion Mansoor Ahmad Khan Sahab thanked Geelani Sahab and the Kashmiri people for their prayers and said that he is now gradually recovering and it is all the result of the prayers of the pro-freedom leader of Kashmir Syed Ali Geelani and the Kashmiri brethren,” added the statement.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“After meeting Jinab Mansoor Ahmad Khan at his residence the Hurriyat delegation then visited office of the Pakistan high commission where they handed over an important written message from Hurriyat Chairman Syed Ali Geelani in the name of Pakistan Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif at the hands of the officials of the high commission office. The officials there assured the Hurriyat delegation that the said message will be dispatched to the Pakistan Prime Minister tomorrow”. (KNS)
