Srinagar, Jan 4 (KNS): While strongly condemning the ‘clean chit’ of DIG CRPF to his men in the case of “cold blooded” murder of the Zainakote youth Gowhar Nazir Dar who was killed on 7 November last year, Chairman All Parties Hurriyat Conference Syed Ali Geelani said that it is the ‘white’ lie of the DIG CRPF and it is far from the reality.
He said that the deputy commandant of the CRPF fired on Gowher Nazir Dar from point blank range in a broad day light and this episode was witnessed by dozens of local people present at the movement.
In a statement issued to KNS, Hurriyat spokesman Ayaz Akbar said that the government had although announced a traditional enquiry commission on the Gowher’s killing and no one expect anything from this but the clean-chit of the CRPF officer to his men before the completion of the enquiry commission once again proves that the Indian forces do not trust any local institution other than theirs own and they have no respect for the administration and the judiciary of the state.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
While demanding the impartial investigation of the killing of the engineering student Gowhar Nazir Dar of Zainakote by some independent international agency, Hurriyat spokesman said that the Indian army and paramilitary forces are brutally killing the Kashmiri innocent and unarmed people and no one cares for this bloodshed.
“Since the black laws are in force in the state due to which the Indian occupational forces can’t be prosecuted in the civilian courts and which gives them a license to kill anybody.” (KNS)
