Srinagar, Oct 08 (KNS): The Peoples Democratic Party president, Mehbooba Mufti on Friday said that humanity has been wiped out from the Valley while responding to recent civilian killings.

Talking to reporters here Mehbooba said that the killing of a lady teacher who has no link with politics is extremely tragic and barbaric.

Mehbooba said that the claims of BJP that they have brought peace in the valley, have proved a hoax. “Is this what you call peace? They have completely failed as a government.”

Mufti also said that despite stringent measures BJP government has failed to ensure the safety of innocent people of valley.

“Yesterday a young man was killed by the CRPF in the name of attacking them. Killing of innocent people won’t bring peace in the valley, she added.

She said that BJP government has been responsible for this situation in valley. “From the past two years due to the strict policies adopted by the BJP government, the situation in valley has been worsened.”

Mehbooba further said that killing of a Sikh lady is extremely unfortunate. “Sikh community has always supported the people of the valley since early 90’s and this is what they got. They are being targeted mercilessly.”

She said that no words can be enough to condemn such distressing incidents. (KNS)
