Srinagar, Sep 10 (KNS): Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik on Saturday said that the Kashmiris are being killed and brutalized on daily basis but international conscience is refusing to wake up from its deep slumber, how long will this criminal silence remain?.
In a statement issued to KNS, Malik said that pro-Indian rulers who on daily basis are preaching high values, morality and ethics should introspect themselves first and feel some shame on being directly involved in the killings of more than 80 innocents, injuring more than 10 thousand and snatching eyesight of hundreds of young boys and girls majority of whom were students dreaming of a bright future and better life.
He said that pro-India politicians and parties are actually the handle of Indian axe that is brutalizing Kashmiris from last many decades.
While condemning the brutal killings of three more Kashmiris today, Malik said that the ongoing silence of international community is criminal and needs to be shunned immediately.
He said that Kashmiris are on daily basis being killed in cold blood, on average 200 of our young ones are injured daily but international community and conscience is in deep slumber and is refusing to wake up.
“How long will this attitude remain and when will international community fulfil its obligations Vis a Vis Kashmir,” asked Malik.
While appealing international community to take a note of Kashmiri sufferings, Malik said that “Kashmiris are also humans and human blood is also running through our veins and we also deserve sympathy and attention.”
Terming the recent statements of some pro-India politicians of Kashmir as height of shamelessness, Malik said that “how can these power hungry people who are directly involved in killings of more than 80 innocent Kashmiris during last 62 days, whose forces have injured more than 10 thousand Kashmiris among whom more than 1000 have lost or are at the brink of losing their eyesight, who have let loose their forces to vandalize residential houses, private vehicles, orchards and private property, whose police and forces have let loose a reign of terror against common people and have incarcerated thousands of youth ,students and political leaders and activists talk of high morals, democracy, humanity, dignity and social values.”
Malik said that the brazenness of these politicians is such that today they are claiming that curfew in Kashmir has been only for 18 days thus denying the reality that even blind and insane people can feel and see.
JKLF chief said that people who believe in choking political space on peaceful resistance, who believe in caging down political opponents and suppressing every voice of dissent should find some time to introspect their acts and behaviours first and then come out with their sermons and lectures.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Malik said that time and again people of Jammu Kashmir without any ambiguity and illusion have and are voicing their opinion and sentiment about a free Jammu Kashmir and those who still deny this peoples demand are living in absurdity and delusion.
