Baramulla, Mar 15 (KNS): Horticulture department Tuesday organized awareness camp for the fruit growers and farmers at Pattan.
The awareness camp was organized to aware fruit growers about the pesticides and fertilizers. Almost 400 fruit growers and farmers were trained by the officials of Horticulture department in the camp.
While talking to KNS, Chief Horticulture Officer, Dr Zahoor Ahmad said that the officers present in the camp recommended new pesticides and fertilizers for the fruit growers which will help them in production of fruits.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Some of the previous pesticides, which farmers, fruit growers were using from past several years were eliminated by the officials,” Ahmad told KNS. (KNS)
