Srinagar, Aug 24 (KNS): Chairman Peoples Democratic Front Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen Wednesday called on Home Minister Rajnath Singh and sought immediate resumption of Indo Pakistan dialogue and talks with all the separatists including the Hurriyats’ led by Syed Ali Shah Geelanin and Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Farooq.
Talking to KNS over phone Chairman Peoples Democratic Front Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen said “I told the Home Minister to immediately start a dialogue over Kashmir both with the separatists including Hurriyats led by Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Mirwaiz Molvi Umar Fartooq. I reminded Home Minister assurance of the Prime Minister during a meeting with the opposition leaders of Jammu & Kashmir and stressed for carry forward the dialogue to logical conclusions”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He also claimed to have sought a special package for the youth injured by pellets and bullets in recent street protests in Kashmir during his meeting with the Home Minister.
He also said that among his other demands place before the home minister the stress was laid on the announcement of an economic package for the rehabilitation of the youth disabled in recent street protests, withdrawal of forces from school buildings and immediate stop of pellet guns and other lethal weapons used for crowd control policing in quelling protests in Kashmir.
