Srinagar, Jan 30 (KNS): Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Wednesday paid tributes to its first communication chief, Imtiyaz Ahmad Parray of Chairhar Beerwah on his 21st anniversary.
In an e-mailed statement issued to KNS, Hizb spokesman Saleem Hashmi quoted the outfit chief, Syed Salah-ud-din as saying that “the mission of martyrs will be taken to the logical conclusion.”
Addressing a Hizb command council meeting, the outfit chief as per a statement said that “From Islamabad and Kupwara to Doda and Kishtwar forest areas, Imtiyaz kept militants under constant contact for a short span of time.”
“Imtiyaz was well-qualified and had completed M Sc in Botany from Kashmir University but for the passion of freedom, he left the government job and sacrificed his life,” he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile Hizb chief also paid tributes to the slain Khanmoh militants who were killed in a gunfight recently.
He said that “the brutalities of enemy can be imagined as the bodies of slain militants were charred due to which the identification of slain militants was difficult to ascertain.”
Hizb Deputy Chief, Saifullah Khalid also addressed the meeting and paid tributes to Imtiyaz Parray and slain Khanmoh militants, the statement added. (KNS)
