Jammu, Feb 7 (KNS): Governor N.N. Vohra has addressed Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar to enhance the compensation rates payable to persons in the state affected by Field Firing and Artillery practices.
The Governor pointed out that the land owners have been complaining about the poor rates of compensation and this also raises additional problems when the existing Field Firing Ranges have to be re-notified, as for example the Hiranagar Field Firing Range.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
