Srinagar, Oct 09 (KNS): All India Congress Committee (AICC) J&K Incharge and Member of Parliament Rajani Patil and J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Member CWC Tariq Hamid Karra along with other senior leaders on Saturday visited the residence of Late Mohd Shafi Dar (Sonu) at Naidkhai (Bandipora)  and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members .

AICC Incharge conveyed heartfelt condolences to the family of Martyred Dar and prayed for their courage to bear the irreparable loss.

JKPCC General Secretary Surinder Singh Channi, DCC President Imtiyaz Parray, MC Chairman, Block President and other leaders were also part of the delegation.

AICC Incharge expressed serious concern over the current deteriorating security situation, terming the recent spurt in selective killings as a big failure on the part of Centre Govt.

Patil also lashed out at Centre for failing to ensure peaceful atmosphere and safety of common people especially members of minority community in Kashmir.

AICC Incharge reiterated that Centre Government should take effective measures to ensure tsafety and security  of members of minorities and others in Kashmir valley.

Rajani Patil, G.A.Mir, Tariq Hamid Karra along with other senior Party leaders visited Martyred M.L.Bindroo’s and Martyred Supinder Kaur’s residence in Srinagar yesterday and expressed solidarity with them.

Both (Patil and Mir) will visit the residence of   Martyred Teacher Deepak Chand at Jammu later today to express their solidarity with the bereaved family members.
