Srinagar, June 06 (KNS): Hurriyat Conference JK Convener and Muslim Conference Chairman Shabir Ahmad Dar, Mahzi Aazadi president Muhammad Iqbal Mir, International forum for justice chairman Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, Young Men’s League Chairman Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Tehreeki Istiqamat chairman Ghulam Nabi War in their joint statement Monday condemned the harassment of the family members of freedom leader Muhammad Yasin Malik.
In a statement issued to KNS, the leaders said that the police raid at Malik’s house and misbehaving with women is a serious thing which cannot be taken lightly.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“This is worst kind of state terrorism and world should take serious note of it,” leaders said.
“Malik is internationally recognized leader if this will be treatment with an international leader, what will be common people facing,” they said.
They said that the arrest of Malik is violation of his fundamental rights and also defeat of state, it shows their inability to face him politically. “India has converted Kashmir into complete police state,” they said. (KNS)
