Srinagar, Aug 2 (KNS): High Court Tuesday issued notice to the state government to respond to the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) submitted by the Bar Association Kashmir against the use of pellet guns by CRPF and police on protesters.

The court directed the government to respond by August 17 to the petition.
Senior Advocate Zaffar Shah pleaded before the court on behalf of the Bar Association, while the state was represented by Additional Solicitor General and Advocate General. (KNS)
