Jammu, May 29 (KNS): High Court on Tuesday dismissed the petition seeking conversion of land in Sidhra Jammu.
A case titled Nadeem Ahmad Khan vs State and others pertaining to Palm Rivera residential Apartments Sidhra Jammu was dismissed by the Court today.
The court order a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS) reads that in view of the statement made by learned council for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed and withdrawn.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The Court also directed the Real Estate Company ABL to raise the structure/Construction as per the master plan approved by the concerned authority.
Meanwhile, people hailed the court decision of Court and have requested the ABL to start the pending/ balanced work of the project, so that the area can be seen through the prism of beatification. (KNS)
