Srinagar, Mar 4 (KNS): The State High Court Friday dismissed the writ petition filed by EJAC president Abdul Qayoom Wani and rejected his challenges against his transfer order, which was recently issued by the Director School Education Kashmir, Dr Shah Faesal.
Reports said that Justice Ali Mohammad Magray in his decision also passed remarks against what the court called “negative trade unionism”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Teacher’s Forum president had submitted a writ petition challenging his transfer order.
Wani was transferred alongwith several other government school-teachers, on February 2.
The court while rejecting his petition against the government issued order and termed it valid. (KNS)
