Srinagar, Apr 13 (KNS): Democratic Liberation Party (DLP) chairman Hashim Qureshi Wednesday expressed grief and shock over the killing of two civilians including a woman in Kupwara district.

Qureshi said that forces continue to kill Kashmiris particularly youth under a well planned strategy.
