The store was inaugurated by DDC Rajwar, Mir Suliman in presence of Municipal Chairman Handwara Masroor Banday and Sameer Wani, a young Entrepreneur. 

 

At the occasion DDC Rajwar Mir Suliman said years ago such facilities were not available in Handwara however with the passage of time, the town is witnessing opening of fashion stores on modern lines which is not only a good thing but will also open doors for livelihood to our unemployed youth.

 

He urged upon youth to come up with their own startups and to avoid becoming depending on others. 

 

He appealed parents to do not put obstructions in dreams of their daughters and allow them to tread a path through which they can earn their livelihood in a respectable way.

 

“World is moving fast, our daughters, sisters have to compete with rest of the world. So parents should back their daughters”, he said. 

 

MC President Masroor Bandy while speaking at the occasion said the Handwara market is expanding at rapid speed, creating job opportunities for many youth. He said we are coming up with a separate lane of market where we have stores operated by only females.

 

We are making our every effort to create a favorable environment for women to open their own business outlets, he added. 

Owner of the store said that the purpose to open the unit is to provide quality and latest designs stuff, so that the people in the locality do not need to travel miles away to fetch their desired goods. 

“We will be giving latest marriage stuff at affordable Price's, she said. 

 

She also said that since there is lot of saturation to find a government job, keeping in mind, I come up with my source of employment, income. 

 

She expressed warm gratitude to the guests for gracing the occasion. “I will not let my customers down. I will provide quality products”, she added. (KNS)
