Srinagar, Dec 02 (KNS): Reacting to New Delhi’s offer of talks with separatists, Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) president and MLA Khansahib Hakim Mohammad Yasin today said that there is need to institutionalize the dialogue process so that something concrete is achieved.
In a statement to KNS, he said the talks shouldn’t be held for symbolic purpose but for meaningful purpose. “In the past also such announcements have been made but on ground nothing has been achieved so far,” Hakim Yasin said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He added the announcement by New Delhi is a welcome step and if India and Pakistan come closer, Kashmiris will be its beneficiaries. “But both India and Pakistan must ensure they talk with sincerity so that something can be achieved,” the MLA Khansahib added. (KNS)
