Srinagar, Aug 16 (KNS) : J&K Chairman People's Democratic Front (JKPDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen on Tuesday has strongly condemned killing of Sunil Pandit in Chotipora Shopian by unidentified gunmen.He has prayed for early recovery to his brother Pinto kumar who was also injured in the attack.
In a statement issued on Tuesdays Hakeem Yaseen said that the attack on members of minority community by unidentified gunmen in Shopian was against humanity . He said killing of unarmed civilians was against tenents of Islam adding that perpetrators of the heinous act could not be well wishers of kashmiriyat . He said violence in any form of its manifestation was condemnable .
