Jammu, Jan 30 (KNS): MLA Sopore and senior Congress leader Haji Abdul Rashid Dar here on Monday in presence of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti sought immediate resignation of Rural Development Minister for misleading the house on the transfers of BDOs in Sopore Constituency.
According to KNS correspondent covering the Assembly proceedings, while the debate on the motion of grants over departments controlled by Chief Minister the MLA Sopore Haji Abdul Rashid Dar and waived the copies of transfers of the BDOs transferred more than half a dozen times in just five to six months.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Saying that refuting the charges of premature transfers Minister for Rural Development Abdul Haq Khan mislead the house and as such deserves to be relieved of the charge as minister for Rural Development the Sopore MLA passed on the order copies to Speaker for onward submission to chief minister and speaker assured him that Chief Minister will look into the matter.
