Langate, May 31 (KNS) : Haji Mohammad Sultan Dar of Audoora, Qalamabad, paid a rich and emotional tribute to his childhood friend and former MLA, Mohammad Sultan Panditpori, who passed away late Friday evening.
His demise has been widely mourned across North Kashmir, especially in the Langate constituency.
Dar, who is also the President of the Fruit Growers and Dealers Association Mawer, remembered Panditpori as a humble and dedicated leader who served his people with sincerity and compassion.
“Panditpori Sahib was not just a leader; he was a true friend and a man of the people,” said Haji Mohammad Sultan Dar. “His loss is deeply personal to me. Reflecting on their lifelong friendship and shared memories, Dar added, “His passing is a great loss not only for me but for the entire areas of North Kashmir. The people of Langate have lost a compassionate leader, and I have lost a lifelong companion.”
