Srinagar, Nov 27 (KNS): Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) president and former minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Tuesday said that t Governor Satya Pal Malik led administration has miserably failed to provide good governance to the people.

He said that the people in all the three regions including Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh are being deprived of basic amenities, saying that in the beginning of winters in Kashmir, people are reeling under darkness due to the unscheduled power cuts. (KNS)
