Srinagar, Feb 04 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government has withdrawn all posts referred to JKPSC and JKSSB prior to October 31, 2019 for which selections have not been finalised till date.

According to a communique by the general administration department, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service (KNS), the concerned authorities have been asked to implement the directions in letter and spirit.

"All posts referred to JKPSC/JKSSB prior to 31.10.2019, for which selections have not been finalised till date, as also the posts in which there are litigations and the cases are pending in Hon'ble Courts, shall be deemed to have been withdrawn with immediate effect,” reads the communique. 

It reads that accordingly, the undersigned is directed to request all concerned to implement the above directions of Administrative Council in letter and spirit under an intimation to the GAD. (KNS)
