Srinagar, Jan 31 (KNS): State Government will compensate the families of those killed in Gurez avalanche and would also try to compensate the property loss due to heavy snowfall.
Minister for Rural Development and Law and Parliament affairs Abdul Haq Khan on Tuesday said that Jammu and Kashmir government is considering to compensate the families of those killed in Gurez avalanche on January 24 2017, and is also trying to compensate the losses caused due to recent heavy snowfall across Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Khan said, “The government will provide compensation the next of kin of those who lost their lives in Tulail area of Gurez avalanche on January 24.”
He said that the government saddened with the loss of lives. While talking with media persons in Bandipora Haq Khan praised the civil administration for prompt action during heavy snowfall. (KNS)
