Srinagar, Dec 30 (KNS): Government on Wednesday suspended 13 employees of PDD and Finance departments under Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956 who were involved in FIR No. 25/2018 Police Station, Crime Branch, Kashmir.
An order copy which lies with KNS reads, "Pending enquiry, the following delinquent officers/officials of Power Development Department and Finance Department are hereby placed under Suspension, with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956 which includes 1. Shri Mohammad Yousuf Baba, the then Executive Engineer, PDD Sumbal. 2. Shri Aftab Ahmad Khan, the then Executive Engineer, PDD Sumbal. 3. Shri Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, the then Senior Assistant, PDD Sumbal. 4. Shri Riyaz Ahmad Wani, the then Junior Assistant, PDD Sumbal. 5. Shri Ab. Khaliq Dar, the then Helper, PDD Sumbal. 6. Mst. Shazia Ahad, the then Junior Assistant, PDD Sumbal. 7. Shri Ab.Rashid Bhat, the then Head Assistant, PDD, Submal. 8. Shri Farooq Ahmad Banday, the then Head Assistant, PDD, Sumbal. 9.
