Govt needs to have a humanitarian approach toward agitating FAA-selected candidates

 
Srinagar, July 21 (KNS): Advocating safeguard and respect for the sentiment of educated youth who are continuously protesting against the scrapping policy for FAA selected list initiated by the administration, Youth Socio Political Leader and JKPC Social Media Incharge Mudasir Karim has said that the LG administration needs to listen to genuine grievance of educated youth and also take care of their sentiment as well besides ensuring the transparency in recruitment policy as well. 

Karim said that it is worth welcoming step that after the alleged scam in the JKPSI selection government took a historic step to prevent any kind of discrepancy in the selection process. But it also needs to be looked into that deserving educated youth who after toiling with hard work was selected for FAA do not get alienated and isolated. He said that it is also welcome that the government has initiated inquiry and investigation in all the selection processes through JKSSB  but during this process, a lot of time is being consumed to bring the truth forth resulting in spoiling the future of deserving ones as most of the candidate get overaged which also needs to be looked into. He said that government should investigate things on fast track basis and result oriented so that applicants are given a fair chance.

 Mudasir Karim said that scrapping the entire list would be a sheer injustice to the hardworking candidates which range from aged, married, poor and hardworking students which would also affect more than 3000 families as well.  He demanded a humanitarian approach in this matter to redress the genuine concern of agitating candidates.(KNS)
