Srinagar, Jul 09 (KNS): Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed grief over the passing away of Mehmood-ur-Rehman, a retired IAS officer of the J&K cadre. Governor recalled the exceptional devotion to duty of this officer, particularly during the very difficult days in the early 1990s when he served as the State Home Secretary, when the Governor was the Union Home Secretary.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
